The Cattaraugus County Health Department is hosting a drive through vaccine clinic at the Franklinville Elementary School parking lot on Saturday, June 26th, 2021.

Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) is being administered at this clinic and requires a single dose of vaccine. 

Individuals 18 years of age and older who reside, work, or study in New York State are eligible to make an appointment to receive the vaccine. Appointments are encouraged, but a limited number of drive-up appointments will be available.
