Parking at COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic from March 31-April 1, 2021

The Cattaraugus County Health Department will be hosting COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the Cattaraugus County Fair Grounds beginning Wednesday March 31st, 2021 and ending on Thursday April 1st, 2021.

The vaccine being administered is Moderna and requires a second administration of vaccine within 28 days of the initial dose due on April 28th, 2021 and April 29th, 2021.  Please do not register for a first dose of vaccine if you are unable to attend the scheduled second dose clinic.

Individuals must meet New York State eligibility requirements to register for the vaccine.

The COVID-19 vaccine clinic is located at the Cattaraugus County Fairgrounds.  Entrance to the vaccine clinic is through the main entrance gate of the fairgrounds off Ninth and Erie Street.  Follow the vaccine signs to the Ag building. View Map / Get Directions.
