Cattaraugus County Economic Development, Planning and Tourism will be accepting bids for the printing of the 2019 Equestrian Brochure up until 12pm on November 22nd.
The brochure will have an original size of 24" x 18" and include text and graphics on both sides, using four color processing. Original size (80# paper) is folded in half then in half again, followed by a tri-fold to create a finished size 4" x 9". A older version of the brochure can be sent to a requesting printer so the layout is known ahead of time if necessary. Please provide quotes for the quantities of 3,000, 3,500 and 4,000.
The layout will be done by the department's staff and be provided print ready, in PDF form. No adjustments to the photos nor text will be expected of the printer. A proof is required before printing, with one allowance for edits by the Department after proof is received. Also, a requirement is the brochure must be packed in boxes not exceeding 15 pounds in weight. Shipping will be to the County Building at 303 Court St. Little Valley, NY 14755, Attn: Tourism.
