The Cattaraugus County Health Department is partnering with school districts in Cattaraugus County to offer COVID-19 vaccination clinics in communities across the county.

Pfizer vaccine is being administered at these clinics and require the administration of a second dose 21 days after the initial dose. The department will schedule your second dose vaccine appointment at the clinic for Tuesday, July 13th.

The only COVID-19 vaccine that has emergency-use authorization for any individual 12 years of age and older, is the Pfizer vaccine. A parent/legal guardian whose consent will be obtained at the time of vaccination must accompany any minor seeking vaccination.

Individuals twelve years of age and older who reside, work, or study in New York State are eligible to make an appointment to receive the vaccine. Appointments are encouraged, but a limited number of walk-ins will be available.
