Arrests During Ellicottville Octoberfest

Little Valley, NY – Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb reports there were 35 arrests made by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office during the Ellicottville Octoberfest.

 Nathan Bakowski, 22, from Clarence Center, NY was charged with Obstruction of Govermental Administration 2nd degree and Open Container of an alcoholic Beverage violation. Mr. Bakowski was reprimanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $1500. Bail.

 Margaret Broderick, 52, from West Seneca, NY was charged with Public Urination a violation. Ms. Broderick was given an appearance ticket.

 Kyle Szalay, 24, from Orchard Park, NY was charged with Disorderly Conduct a violation

The following individuals were all issued appearance tickets to return to Great Valley court on November 5, 2013 at 6:00 pm:

o Megan Karaga, 30, from Blasdell, NY

o Alex Ullrich, 23, from Williamsville, NY

o Derek Kirsch, 23, from Strykerville, NY

o John Sloneker III, 25, from Cincinnati, OH

o Christian Danna, 25, from Cheektowaga, NY

o Peter Godios, 27, from Hamburg, NY

o Matthew McCormick, 27, from Elma, NY

o Keith Gombos, 25, from Lackawanna, NY

o Bridget Wirth, 21, from Elma, NY

o Joshua Lewis, 23, from West Seneca, NY
