Cathy Mackay, director of the Cattaraugus County Department of the Aging, has announced plans for the upcoming quarterly birthday party to be held at the senior wellness and nutrition (SWAN) sites. The birthday party will be held in conjunction with Halloween, and seniors are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costume. The parties will be held on Thursday, October 31, and will celebrate the birthdays of people born during the months of October, November and December.
