You see ambulances on the road all over the county, every day. But do you know that of the 1,000s of ambulance calls handled each year, over half are staffed with VOLUNTEERS??? It's impossible to imagine where we would be without the hundreds of hardworking volunteers spending countless hours away from their families to train, practice, and respond to help those in need. THANK YOU will never be enough to truly say how much each and every one of you is appreciated!!!
There is a new exhibit open at the Cattaraugus County Museum and Research Center. Titled “War is Cruelty; A Sesquicentennial of the Civil War in its Third Year”, the exhibit will run through October 2013.
This exhibit, intended to compliment our summer long series of Civil War related programming, is made possible in large part due to generous loans from private collectors within Cattaraugus County. We hope to see you!

Let Your Voice be Heard!

Perhaps we have said “I wish they would…”, or “I wish there could be…”, or “How come we can’t get help with…?” The Cattaraugus County Health Department would like to give you the opportunity, between now and June 21st to Let Your Voice Be Heard!
