Cattaraugus County Health Department provides several home care services and programs to meet your health care needs.

• A  Certified Home Health Agency for people of all ages who need skilled acute individualized health care services in the comfort of your home.
• A Long Term Home Care Program for people of all ages, who may have a chronic disease or are disabled.
• A MOMS Program to promote a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby to Medicaid eligible pregnant women.
