Take some time out to take care of YOU with these free Tai Chi for Arthritis sessions.

Sessions will occur on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00-11:00 a.m. starting on Monday, August 13, 2018 and ending on Friday, October 5, 2018 and will be held at the Olean Senior Center.

What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow moving with deep breathing.
