Cattaraugus County Health Department was notified of twenty additional confirmed cases of COVID-19 residents within Cattaraugus County. The department’s active positive COVID-19 caseload is now one hundred and twenty as there are four hundred and forty four residents who have recovered from COVID-19.

The five hundred and sixty sixth confirmed case is a male resident who resides in the southeast quadrant of the county, who denies any significant travel history or being in direct contact with a positive COVID-19 person. He is a healthcare worker who was tested for COVID-19 on November 9th as part of a weekly requirement to test employees and his test results on November 11th indicated that he was positive for the virus.

The five hundred and sixty seventh confirmed case is a male resident who resides in the southeast quadrant of the county, who denies any significant travel history or being in direct contact with a positive COVID-19 person. He recently developed cough, congestion, runny nose and shortness of breath. He was tested for COVID-19 on November 6th and his test results on November 11th indicated that he was positive for the virus.

The five hundred and sixty eighth confirmed case is a female resident who resides in the southeast quadrant of the county, who denies any significant travel history. She reports being in direct contact with a positive COVID-19 person and recently developed fever, cough, and headaches. She was tested for COVID-19 on November 9th and her test results on November 11th indicated that she was positive for the virus.

The five hundred and sixty ninth confirmed case is a young male resident who resides in the southeast quadrant of the county, whose parent denies any significant travel history. The parent reports he was in direct contact with a positive COVID-19 person but also reports he is asymptomatic, (no fever, no cough, no body aches etc.). He was tested for COVID-19 on November 9th and his test results on November 11th indicated that he was positive for the virus.

The five hundred and seventieth confirmed case is a male resident who resides in the northeast quadrant of the county, who denies any significant travel history or being in direct contact with a positive COVID-19 person. He reports being asymptomatic, (no fever, no cough no body aches, etc.). He was tested for COVID-19 on November 9th as part of a pre-op test requirement and his test results on November 11th indicated that he was positive for the virus.

The five hundred and seventy first and seventy second confirmed cases are two residents (mother and son) who reside in the northwest quadrant of the county, they deny any significant travel history or being in direct contact with a positive COVID-19 person. They recently developed cough, congestion, chills, sinusitis, and headaches. They were tested for COVID-19 on November 9th and their test results indicated that they were positive for the virus.

The five hundred and seventy third confirmed case is a male resident who resides in the northeast quadrant of the county, who denies any significant travel history. He reports being in direct contact with a positive COVID-19 person but reports being asymptomatic (no fever, no cough, no body aches, etc.). He was tested for COVID-19 on November 10th and his test results on November 11th indicated that he was positive for the virus.

The five hundred and seventy fourth confirmed case is a male resident who resides in the southeast quadrant of the county, who has traveled to multiple states outside of NYS as part of his work duties. He denies being in direct contact with a positive COVID-19 person but recently developed congestion and running nose. He was tested for COVID-19 on November 9th and his test results on November 11th indicated that he was positive for the virus.

The five hundred and seventy fifth confirmed case is a female resident who resides in the southeast quadrant of the county, who denies any significant travel history. She works for a healthcare facility and reports being in direct contact with a positive COVID-19 person. She reports being asymptomatic (no fever, no cough, no body aches, etc.) and was tested for COVID-19 on November 10th as part of a screening process of employees and her test results on November 12th indicated that she was positive for the virus.

The five hundred and seventy seventh confirmed case is a male resident who resides in the southeast quadrant of the county, who denies any significant travel history or being in direct contact with a positive COVID-19 person. He recently developed fever, cough diarrhea, headaches and running nose. He was tested for COVID-19 on November 9th and his test results on November 11th indicated that he was positive for the virus.

She is a healthcare worker who reports being in direct contact with a positive COVID-19 person. She recently developed cough, congestion and fatigue. She was given a rapid test for COVID-19 on November 9th and her test results indicated that she was positive for the virus.
