REQUEST FOR INCLUSION INTO A CERTIFIED AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT OF AGRICULTURAL PARCELS SUBMITTED DURING THE 2020 THIRTY-DAY INCLUSION PERIOD

A public hearing will be held March 25, 2020, at 4:01 p.m. at the Cattaraugus County Center, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York, to discuss the inclusion into a certified agricultural district of agricultural parcels submitted during the 2020 thirty-day inclusion period. Pursuant to New York State Executive Order 202.1, public in-person access will not be permitted however the public can listen to the public hearing by going to the County’s Website at www.cattco.org and clicking on the link provided, no later than 4:01 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2020. The public may provide written comments by emailing to cabers@cattco.org using the subject line “Public Hearing.” Written comments must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2020.
